If there’s one thing we know, it’s that these few weeks of holidays can make all the difference to the waistline and the way feel when the clock strikes on New Years Day.

Numerous studies show that weight gain is most prevalent around this time of year and worse still, it can be permanent! Aside from the few extra pounds, our energy levels and optimism tend to store away too.

This time of year is the perfect time for cleansing, clearing, letting go of the old and bringing in the new with vibrancy, health, vitality and smiles!

I have received a few messages this month already with concerns about reversing all the good done this year and what better way to celebrate our successes while keeping our bodies strong and energetic than with the world’s quickest Sexy Santa Workout!

This quick workout can be performed anywhere, anytime and you only have to perform the number of reps for the number of each day leading up to Christmas!!

So on the 15th of December, you will perform 15 Lunges with Shoulder Press. On the 16th, 16 Squat Pumps, on the 17th, 17 Star Jump Squats and so on.

It has been proven that simply workout out for 3 minutes at a time can not only switch gears into our 2nd energy phase but help us to pick up the pace in daily life and feel more motivated in general!

So sometimes less really is more..
